Asset Management - Every Office Cubicle Counted

BROOKS Interiors offers Asset Management for storage and tracking of existing Haworth systems product. This program is offered to a select group of clients and is structured to provide the client with accurate, timely data to make cost effective decisions for current and future projects.

Our criteria for Office Cubicle Asset Management

As part of Brooks' evaluation criteria to identify potential Asset Management Clients, the Client:

  • Must be a Haworth Unigroup or Places user
  • Must have a minimum 200 workstations of product that is in storage, not being utilized.
  • Must be willing to make a 12 month commitment to Brooks for Asset Management

Storage, Accountability of Every Haworth Unigroup or Places Office Cubicle

Benefits List:

  1. All surplus panel system product is stored under one roof in a clean, modern warehouse facility with storage rates far below office space rates, where most companies store excess inventory.
     
  2. Areas designated for specific clients are fenced and locked for security.
     
  3. Weekly Inventory Status Reports are provided via e-mail or fax (client choice).
     
  4. BROOKS Interiors' Inventory Manager is dedicated to maintaining client inventories and is personally involved in all aspects of the product movement and storage.
     
  5. Client product in inventory can be pulled, cleaned and packaged with all the appropriate hardware within 48 hours.
     
  6. Product can be packaged to ship via any method designated (common carrier, air freight, BROOKS Interiors delivery, customer pickup) to any location.
     
  7. BROOKS Interiors can supplement inventory product, at competitive rates, to fill shortages so a project can be completed in full, from one vendor.
     
  8. An itemized quote will be processed for any "pull" orders. That quote is then electronically generated into a detailed work order and subsequently to a detailed invoice. Individual invoicing allows the client to track inventory product by specific cost centers.
     
  9. Standard fees for truck unloading, sorting and inventorying of all incoming product.
     
  10. Structured Management fees based on percent of list price (includes labor to pull, inspect, clean, package and tag for shipping) annotated on each individual quote.
