How Brooks Interiors Began
Brooks Interiors is a family business that was started by its founder, Denny Engstrom, in 1989 in a small warehouse. His goal was to become a leading re-manufacturer of office cubicles in New England. He and his son, Bill Engstrom—who now serves as Brooks Interiors’ president—believed that if they consistently provided clients with quality office business furniture services, with superior customer service, their business would grow. They hired a team of skilled furniture craftsmen who took great pride in the finished product – remanufactured used cubicles that were indistinguishable from new cubicles.
Expansion of Office Business Furniture Services
Under Bill Engstrom’s leadership, Brooks Interiors has expanded tremendously, because it still has that “can do” philosophy. They not only sell new and used cubicles at a discount, they also offer companies new and gently used office business furniture. In addition, they lease, deliver and install furniture, as well as help numerous companies design their office spaces with office business furniture.
Convenient Location for Servicing New England and New York
Their Wilmington, Massachusetts location boasts a huge remanufacturing facility which refurbishes 400 used cubicles, on average, each month; a huge dry warehouse for storage and asset management of office business furniture; a 15,000-square-foot showroom with a wide array of new and used office furniture; and an office complex for its sales-design team.
